How Does a Medicare Agent Get Paid?

A Medicare insurance broker is an independent agent who represents multiple carriers so that they can work to give you an unbiased opinion on your Medicare plan options. They are appointed by multiple different insurance carriers, enabling them to find the right fit for you versus contacting a carrier directly & only learning about the best they have available. Your Medicare agent will be able to review all of the options available and help you identify the choices that best meet your needs.  Medicare agents are paid by the insurance companies they represent & there is no additional charge to you for working with an agent. There are no fees or hidden costs.
