Client Services Specialist-Part Time
BlackPoint is a busy health insurance agency that specializes in Medicare plans. We have an opening for a part time Client Services Assistant-20 hours per week. This is an entry level position with an opportunity to grow with the company for the right motivated candidate. The position is work from home but the hours are 1-5 PT.
The right candidate is comfortable communicating with people over the phone and has strong computer skills. Key responsibilities include:

This is an entry level position with an opportunity to grow with the company for the right motivated candidate(S); this is ideal for someone who would like to become a broker long term but needs helps getting started and learning the business. The position is work from home and the schedule is flexible. As Client Services Specialists move on to full time broker roles, this opens the door for new candidates to step in.

Medicare Insurance Broker

- Working with agents to update leads
- Answering phones (booking reservations & appointments)

- Confirm enrollments with clients
- Create carrier reports
- Handling Client requests for follow up
- Insurance license or willingness to study/obtain license
